Well, she wants to get into the city, but she does not want her baggage subject to inspection. And now she is quite livid over the whole matter. I don't know if that clockwork guard can feel emotion, but from the look of his body language, I'd imagine he can.

Nice colour, and I like your use of distorted perspective, but something just bugs me about the woman's face; maybe it's the way the guard's cape blows back across and behind it and frames it that makes it seem a tad awkward. Just pointing it out.

Hey, thanks for mentioning it. I suppose my rationale for framing her head like that is that it is so light, and by ensuring that it is surrounded by dark shapes, it would become a focal area. Perhaps it is a bit contrived, even so.
