This piece of high-brow fine art is a representation of the battle between liberal and conservative ideals in the winter of our economy. The skulls and tree represent our founding fathers, watching on ashamed and powerless as we sqabble against one another, as the government slowly chips away at the rights this country was founded on.
BUT! The sunlight is creeping over the crest of the hill, a new day is upon us! Will we (meaning hellboy and koshchei) put away our weapons and face the new day together? Holding hands? Or will the Baba Yaga fly her wooden ass in and fuck everything up? My money is on the Baba Yaga.
